Coaching Contract

Following are a few guidelines to make our working relationship as productive as possible. If you have questions, please ask.

Procedure: Scheduled calls need to be received on time and 45-60 minutes in length. Please complete the Preparation questions prior to each call. This allows us to be as prepared and focused as possible to make the best use of your time.

Calls: Our agreement includes a set number of scheduled calls. If you or I are unable to keep a regularly scheduled call, we will compare calendars in advance and book another time.

Changes: Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you have an emergency causing you to miss a call, we will work around it. Otherwise missed calls are not made up or refunded.

Extra time: You are encouraged to contact me between scheduled calls by email or short phone calls (~5 minutes or so in length) with questions, struggles, thoughts, progress reports, or just to touch base. These contacts are included in your monthly fee. I enjoy delivering this extra level of service and find that those who use it seem to make greater progress.

Fees: A debit or credit card can be provided and I will run it at the start of each month based on our meeting schedule. Receipts are emailed monthly and check, cash or direct deposit are also accepted.

Follow through: I typically work with clients for a minimum of 6 months. It is imperative that you apply yourself if coaching is to be successful. Our work will be purposeful, goal-directed and sometimes dependent on you doing some ‘homework’. Other times it will be very broad in scope, requiring reflection and thought about your desires and goals for your life, your vision, etc. Either way, your real growth will come from the work you do in the time between our calls. I do not have the answers you are looking for, but I will walk faithfully with you as you seek them.
