Coaching

  • Duration: approximately 1 year

TARGET CLIENTS: Executives, CEOs, Entrepreneurs, professionals in transition, high performers

Executive and Leadership coaching focuses on helping clients understand their leadership gifts; incorporate their gifts, values, and strengths into their careers and lives; build the right team; and prioritize their professional and personal time to find work/life balance and intentionality.

I serve as a sounding board for strategic business decisions and clarify both short-term milestones and long-term goals. I also focus on the client’s home, lifestyle, diet, health, exercise, sleep, routines and rhythms.

In Executive and Leadership Coaching, I’m a partner on a journey—asking thoughtful questions, exploring possibilities, examining mindset and barriers, and helping clients to confidently find the next steps toward their own goals. I help them envision the life they want and clearly discern how to get there.

  • Duration: approximately 6-12 months

TARGET CLIENTS: Leaders and Future Leaders of all ages and in all seasons of life, including teens and young adults

Life Coaching helps us thrive and prosper by discovering patterns of behavior, growth areas, motivations, and strengths. I help my clients set priorities; create healthy boundaries; accomplish professional, personal, and physical goals; and walk gracefully and purposefully through seasons of transition.

  • TARGET CLIENTS: Anyone wanting to understand themselves better and how they relate to others.

The Enneagram is a tool available to all of my ongoing coaching clients.

Additionally, I offer a special Enneagram package for clients who specifically and exclusively want to take the Enneagram assessment and delve into the results. This package includes the diagnostic assessment, discovery of the client’s primary style, and 2 follow-up sessions to analyze the results. Through this process, clients will more clearly understand how they relate to others, identify areas for growth, and discuss ways to apply these insights to life and work.

Note on Coaching

The client/coach relationship is a partnership. In no way is the coach the authority in the client’s life. The client sets the agenda for each call by completing a preparation form at least 2 hours before a scheduled appointment. The client is responsible for decisions made and actions taken as a result of the coaching calls. The focus of the coaching could include any of the following: leadership skills, life skills, prioritization, communication skills, life and business goals, problem solving, decision-making, financial management, life purpose work, vision for the future, transitions, boundaries, limiting belief systems, negotiations and relationship skills.
