  • One day or multi-day workshops for management teams to clearly assess where they are and determine where they want to go as a cohesive team, an organization, and as a business. These take several hours of advance preparation as well as followup as meaningful implementation takes place. The team walks away with greater clarity and focus as well as nest steps.

  • 3-hour group Introduction to the Enneagram workshops explain what the Enneagram is, demonstrate how it's helpful in the workplace and in all relationships, explain the 9 types (including the virtues and vices of each), and walk through participants’ profiles at a high level.

  • I work with departments and management teams (through individual or group coaching) to be the best versions of themselves, to lead their organizations well and to best support business needs. Clients discover and maximize their values and strengths as well areas for growth in order for the business to thrive.

Note on Coaching

The client/coach relationship is a partnership. In no way is the coach the authority in the client’s life. The client sets the agenda for each call by completing a preparation form at least 2 hours before a scheduled appointment. The client is responsible for decisions made and actions taken as a result of the coaching calls. The focus of the coaching could include any of the following: leadership skills, life skills, prioritization, communication skills, life and business goals, problem solving, decision-making, financial management, life purpose work, vision for the future, transitions, boundaries, limiting belief systems, negotiations and relationship skills.

Additional Services

  • JLN Consultants equips clients who are in/interested in a career transition to market themselves well through resume coaching, telling his/her professional ‘story’ and planning interview questions, answers and techniques. This package includes considerations like professional appearance for interviews, headshots, and social media presence.

  • I am the CEO of Noltemeyer Co. My lead management team and I spent the day with Jen doing a strategic planning workshop to help us in a time of transition and change in our company.
