An 8-week group coaching experience designed for professionals of all levels who want to elevate how they show up, communicate, and lead.
This isn’t a class or a typical training. It’s a highly interactive coaching experience where you’ll learn practical tools, receive real-time coaching, practice new skills in a supportive environment, and grow alongside a small group of peers.

This is for professionals of all levels, managers through senior managers and directors. New or aspiring directors would also be an ideal fit.

Each week we will explore a key aspect of executive presence while helping one another navigate real leadership challenges.

To create a meaningful experience, participation will be limited to a small group so everyone has the opportunity to receive personalized coaching and feedback.

This is the first group I’ve led like this, so I’m offering a discounted price of $595 per person for the 8-week session. Future groups will not be offered at this rate.
Note: New clients for 1:1 coaching start at $450/month for 2 sessions (corporate rate $550), so this is an opportunity to experience coaching with me at a more affordable price point.
