Welcome to JLN Consultants 

After years in both for-profit and nonprofit leadership roles, I established JLN Consultants to use my experience and training to coach leaders and future leaders to be intentional, to be their best, to lead well and live well.

Coaching is a positive and developmental practice that helps you move from where you are to where you want to be. As a coach, I am a collaborative partner working with you to strategize and explore a way forward that may include new experiences, new learnings and meaningful outcomes.
